Use your invitation
Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. Each invite belongs to one account.

Make your survivor
Choose the person you want to play. Origins change the story around you, not the difficulty setting; appearance never changes power.

Follow First Night
The first-night guide walks through food, light, work, travel and getting home without asking you to memorise the Wiki.

Back up your save
The game saves on your device. Invited accounts can also keep an online recovery copy and roll back to an earlier version.
Plain-language index
What do these names mean?
- Cash
- The ordinary currency. Honest work is slower than the risky routes, but it is always there when you need to recover.
- Morrowline
- A battered network of relays carrying weather warnings, post and bank traffic across the wasteland.
- Roadbound
- Late-game vehicles: finding a wreck, rebuilding it and paying the fuel and repair bills afterwards.
- Cloud Reliquary
- The name for online save backup. Your normal device save still works without it.
- The Unreturned
- A small fictional memorial for travellers who never made it home.
